The short version
Kathuko doesn't collect, sell or share your personal information. There are no accounts, no cookies and no advertising. We count page visits without identifying you, and your course progress stays in your own browser.
Who we are
Kathuko is made by Graycells LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers this website, kathuko.com, and its free courses.
Visit statistics
We use GoatCounter to see which pages are read and where learners stop. It sets no cookies and doesn't track you across sites. For each visit it records the page, the referring site, your browser and operating system, your screen size and your country, worked out from your IP address. Your IP address itself isn't stored.
We also count three course events: downloading a course file, passing a part's quiz for the first time, and showing your certificate. These counts don't include your name or your answers.
Stored in your browser
Your quiz results and the name you type for your certificate are saved in your browser's local storage, so you can pick up where you left off. They are never sent to us. Clearing this site's data in your browser deletes them.
The apps you build
The course files run in your own Oracle APEX workspace. Anything you set up there, such as sign-in with Google or an AI service, is between you and those providers, under their terms. We receive nothing from your workspace.
Hosting
kathuko.com is hosted on GitLab Pages. GitLab may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and the page requested) for security and operations.
If you email support@kathuko.com, we receive your email address and message, and use them only to reply.
Children
Kathuko's courses are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
